Improve Email Campaign Results Reports

Open

In order to analyze email campaigns by fiscal year, for example, it requires a full export of the results to a very limited csv file. Please include the following on that report: Constituent ID, Campaign Name and Campaign Sent Date/Time as well as links opened by constituent. Now, all of that additional information has to be added to Excel after the export which is extremely time consuming.

Event Ticket Sales FiFo

Add First In First Out / queue / throttle to eliminate duplicate purchases when Ticketing uses a Seating Chart (Eg Numbered seats in an Auditorium)

Independent Windows

I often need to open a second window to look something up. When I return to the first window sometimes the filters change to the second window filters. It would be helpful to have the windows independent. It is useful sometimes to have many windows open with different filters - So all windows independent.

Event Sponsor Logos

It would be nice to have a place to add event sponsor logos to the bottom of event pages.

Safari compatibility

Half of the country uses Safari on their mobile devices as their primary browser. Please make DonorView more Safari compatible. We are having people give up registering and/or giving because DonorView does not work as as well/consistently as it does with Chrome.

Idenity of Failed Text Message Recipiants

I would like to see a feature that shows the identity of the constituents who failed to receive a text message.

Embed surveys in email campaigns

Open

Allow surveys created in DonorView to be embedded in a newsletter or email campaign. Currently surveys have to be sent via the survey/form interface and can't be included as part of a larger message.
