Automatic Subscription to Your Own Feature Requests

When you submit a feature request, you should automatically be subscribed to it. Obviously, you want to be kept in the loop for all the features you submit. In the off chance that you don't want to be subscribed, you could unsubscribe to it.

Embed surveys in email campaigns

Allow surveys created in DonorView to be embedded in a newsletter or email campaign. Currently surveys have to be sent via the survey/form interface and can't be included as part of a larger message.

Introduce Autosave for Templates

Currently without Autosave and a short idle time logout, it's easy to get distracted by a member or volunteer and lose work. Autosave would fix that.

Archiving constituents

I would like to have an archive feature and not have to delete constituents who haven't given in more than 5 years

Create a cumulative giving report from constituent profile.

When a donor asks for a report of their annual giving, I would like to be able to generate the report directly from their profile. The only way I have found to do it is to go to the constituent grid, search for the person, and run a mail merge, but it would be helpful if I could do it from their profile so I don't have to figure out how to run a search in the grid that only shows the profile I want to create the report for.

Tracking Solicitation/ Source/ Appeal

I would like to be able to have multiple links available that feeds into the same campaign so that I can track solicitation/ source codes depending on how the donation comes in. The last CRM I worked with would allow you to set up a page that would feed in, but depending on the QR code, you could have a solicitation or source code attached to it. For example- When a donation comes in at this time of year, is it coming from the QR code that I put in my year end letter? I would like to track that.

Option to change "learn more" under ticketing to "What's Included"

"Learn more" is passive to me. I'm afraid people won't click on it and, at least for us, there are important details in there. If we have an option to change it to "What's Included" - people are more likely to click on it to see what they're getting.

Give us the ability to hide 3 sections on the Member's Constituent Portal

On the portal, Member Profile Page, we'd like the ability to hide the Custom Message, Image Gallery, and Youtube Video sections. They take up a lot of unneeded real estate and the Addresses are SAVE button are buried beneath them, making this not user friendly.

Add Constituent Field "Subscribed to email marketing?"

A simple yes/no option that reveals if a record is subscribed to email marketing.
