Sometimes an email address is entered incorrectly when registering for an event and then if the registrant calls and asks to have the email resent to them, we can only resend it to the original email that it was sent to. It would be nice to be able to send it to another email address.
It would be nice to have a place to add event sponsor logos to the bottom of event pages.
Half of the country uses Safari on their mobile devices as their primary browser. Please make DonorView more Safari compatible. We are having people give up registering and/or giving because DonorView does not work as as well/consistently as it does with Chrome.
It would be highly beneficial to be able to run a report for all aspects related to an event. Ticket purchases, Sponsorships, ads, add-ons, coupons, auction purchases, opportunity tickets, attendees, and donations.
I would love to have the ability to easily run reports by event or campaign.
When you submit a feature request, you should automatically be subscribed to it. Obviously, you want to be kept in the loop for all the features you submit. In the off chance that you don't want to be subscribed, you could unsubscribe to it.
We continue to have problems with people who enter a space after their first or last name and it gets saved that way on their profile. The bigger issue is that it is also saved that way in their Informal Salutation so letters end up being addressed to "Dear James ," instead of "Dear James," and the envelope ends up being addressed to "James Smith" instead of "James Smith" - as you can see the extra space looks unprofessional. It would save time if we didn't have to keep correcting this. Interestingly, if they leave a space after their last name, it gets removed when it creates the Formal and Envelope Salutations. Spaces after first and last names get saved as part of the Recognition field though and needs to be removed from there as well.
So many people create duplicate profiles when registering because we ask for legal names and they go by something other than their legal name. It would be nice if they were able to click a box saying I am registering myself so the system would know not to create 2 profiles - one for the purchaser and one for the attender. It would know that they are the same person. It would also help when people are logged into their portal account that it wouldn't create a new profile if they have changed email addresses or go by a different name.
When working with donation pages, I have to see every donation page we have ever created. I can filter for active pages but when I make a change to one of those pages, it reverts to showing all of the donation pages again when I go back. It would save time if we either had Views like you do in many of the other grids or if I had the ability to check and save a box for Active only (like you have unarchived events on event pages).
The font size for pre-defined gift asks on donation pages is fixed, not variable, requiring ellipses for longer descriptions. It would be good to have the flexibility to adjust font size so some of the text doesn't look so clunky
