Upcoming features email

I have noticed several changes being implemented without communication to the customers. At least one of those changes has caused us to change our workflow and many extra clicks for our users. Can we get a weekly/monthly email that shows what features are going to be implemented and when?

Add Seating Chart Events to DVConnect

The DVConnect app allows for point-of-sale payments for events in DonorView, but NOT for events using a seating chart. This is a HUGE issue for ticketed events with reserved seating (we are a community theatre). Please upgrade the app to use seating chart events.

Add an INSTAGRAM Share button

It would be great to have Instagram on the SHARE options for Events and Donation pages.

Welcome email for School Year Enrollment

When a constituent enrolls a student for a New School Year within Youth Membership, an auto response email to the enrollee needs to be sent. Preferably something that can be customized on our end to the new member.

Tax-Deductible Field

The tax-deductible field automatically populates when you enter the amount on a gift record and on donation pages. It would be helpful if there was a way to disable this feature.

Postmark date in gift batch

When going to create enter batch gifts, I would like for there to be a feature that notes the post-mark date of the donation. There is a check date but not postmark date. For the IRS, the postmark is significant at the EOY as post-marked donations are counted to the fiscal year they are postmarked. There is an option in the individual donation but not in the gift batch option.

We would like to search by Recognition Name, Comments etc. Last Name is not very useful to search when dealing with families

Geo Search feature and Send Text/Direct Email/Mail Merge actions

Please make the Text/Direct Email/Mail Merge actions apply to the grids returned by Geo Search tool.

I would like to be able to see how many texts will be going out before the texts are sent.
