Would love a Color (eye) Dropper tool

In many design software programs and even in Instagram, there is a color (eye) dropper tool used to match a color in an image. It would be great to have this when developing email marketing templates, pages and similar. Thank you!

Add customization option for Membership card

We would like to have the ability to turn off "Expiration Date" for Lifetime Members and also add additional verbiage with our Mission statement or a promo statement and to have it in our Brand colors and fonts will be very helpful

Actual Dollars Given in Gifts View

Users would benefit from a new column in the Fundraising > Gift reports that shows the actual dollars paid to their org. It's very confusing to run reports in the Fundraising menu that don't share the actual payout.

Event Attendance Edits

Please consider combining the functionality of the Events grid from Workspace and Event Attendance, so that there's a single place to manage Event Attendees (e.g. move them from Waitlist to Confirmed, edit their names, remove them from attendance list if they cancel, etc).

ADMIN data refresh in real-time

Open

Allow the ADMIN to manually refresh the data so that donor reports are not delayed by overnight backoffice data update.

Search

Open

It would be nice if when doing a search for a member or donor, the parameters included the spouse's name. If that already exists somewhere, please let me know. Otherwise, dumping the data into a spreadsheet and doing a search provides the info. Thanks

Credit Card number entry edit rule improvement

When a patron enters a credit card number with embedded spaces or dashes (as it appears on many cards - xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx or xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx), strip the spaces or dashed before card validation so that the spaces and dashed do not trigger a misleading 'The Credit Card Number is not valid. ' message. This messgae is confusing for patrons and results in a negative user experience.

Pledges that are not perpetual

Open

Pledges should default to # of months "12" instead of 1 that it defaults to now. The Constituant does not always see there is only 1 payment. I am receiving feedback that they set up their pledge and it only processed 1 payment. That would just be a single donation not a pledge.

Campaign timing

We should be able to schedule an email campaign and have it be sent on time! I guess DV batches their sends but it could be 20+ minutes later than scheduled. No other application we've ever used has this issue (MailChimp or Constant Contact). A scheduled email campaign should be sent when scheduled!

Add Filter "Equals To" to all date fields

This would shorten our searches when sorting for a singular date. Currently, we have to enter the identical date in the filter (Is After To or Equal to) *and* (Is Before or Equal To). Hoping this is a quick add for your development team!
