Event Attendance Edits

Please consider combining the functionality of the Events grid from Workspace and Event Attendance, so that there's a single place to manage Event Attendees (e.g. move them from Waitlist to Confirmed, edit their names, remove them from attendance list if they cancel, etc).

Formatting for patron information entry

Can we get some standard formatting for how patrons can enter their information that are grammatically correct? This will keep patrons from using all caps or all lower case, formats for phone numbers that we can select, how addresses are entered, etc.? It is frustrating and wasteful time to constantly have to fix these errors. It would also be helpful to have a better way to have patrons search for duplicate records.

Improve Email Campaign Results Reports

In order to analyze email campaigns by fiscal year, for example, it requires a full export of the results to a very limited csv file. Please include the following on that report: Constituent ID, Campaign Name and Campaign Sent Date/Time as well as links opened by constituent. Now, all of that additional information has to be added to Excel after the export which is extremely time consuming.

Sending Thank You Emails to another email

Sometimes an email address is entered incorrectly when registering for an event and then if the registrant calls and asks to have the email resent to them, we can only resend it to the original email that it was sent to. It would be nice to be able to send it to another email address.

Summary View of Pledges More Useful

I am requesting that the Pledges Summary View reflect whatever filtering has been done on it's respective Pledges Detail View. The information on the Summary View is basically useless if a filter has been applied. I have created a detailed view of all pledge payments made in 2025. The first instance is a constituent who made 12 monthly payments of $26.69. When I select "Summary", that constituent doesn't appear at all. The second constituent does appear: she also made 12 monthly payments of $26.69 in 2025. On the summary page, it shows her amount paid = $400.35, which is the total she has paid, not $320.28 which is the total she paid in 2025. I am trying to send a thank-you letter to constituents who have made pledge payments over a certain dollar amount. I can download the detailed view to an excel file and summarize, but need the "View" in Donorview in order to send a mailmerge email. Please make the Pledges Summary views more useful.

Add Category 3 to Interaction Page

It would be helpful if we could add a third category to the interaction page to help us track our social service interactions with our clients.

Update Mail Merge

Your mail merge template feature is so completely outdated that it is pretty much unusable! Please update this section soon!!!

Under Campaign Information

Under where is says "How would you like to distribute this Campaign", it would be time-saving if we didn't have to type the Email Display Name and Email Address each time we want to send new campaign. It would be great to have a dropdown menu of the names we most use and emails we most use so we can just quickly click on them and move on.
