Report Criteria

Is there any way to add the report criteria/filters to the actual downloaded report (Excel file)? Sometimes I run (and download) several reports in a day, and it would be helpful to have it record the criteria on the second tab of the file (or anywhere really) so when I'm looking at it later I can remember exactly how I pulled it. Thanks!

Add New Constituent from Search Results Page

Sometimes I search for a constituent and get zero results. Then, to enter them, I have to navigate all the way back to the home page. It would be great to have "add new" button on that search results page.

Show Record type (Individual or Company) when merging records

Open

This will give an extra option to make sure you do not merge incorrect records or lose information needed (like first names).

Email Password Protected PDF attachment

It would be nice for all emails to work as the password rather than just the primary email. Alternatively, if we could choose our own password or disable the password protection.

Ability to drag/reorder selected fields like Categories

Open

Able tags in fields like Categories to be reordered / dragged. If a donor has multiple selections it'd be helpful to be able to drag/reorder them - e.g. all Volunteer selections together.

Edit Event Check-in Times

A way to edit the check-in time for an attendee at an event, similar to the ability to edit volunteering times.

It would be highly beneficial to be able to run a report for all aspects related to an event. Ticket purchases, Sponsorships, ads, add-ons, coupons, auction purchases, opportunity tickets, attendees, and donations.

USPS Standards

Please default to USPS standards for auto filling the Address and Prefix/Suffix fields. Use abbreviations and no punctuation.

Duplicate Gift

Open

For semi-regular recurring gifts, it'd be helpful to duplicate the gift, with all of it's information, and simply edit the new gift dates.

Viewing Form Results from Constituent Page

You previously sent a link to the completed survey/form in the notification email, but stopped doing that. Now to see the completed form, there are multiple steps. Call up the constituents list, find the constituent, click on Surveys/Forms, select the form from the drop-down (which in my case is the last form 99% of the time), then View Results. FIVE steps that used to be one. Please make a link to completed forms be available, if not in the email notification, then let it be an option in the Personal Dashboard, i.e. 'Forms Previously Filled', preferably newest first. If you can't do this, at least sort the Surveys/Forms drop-down showing Previously Filled first.
