Direct Email Option on Constituent Profile

Please add a Direct Email button to the Constituent's Profile page, preferably with access to the User Direct Email Template & Signature. It should be a 1-step process to communicate with a Constituent. Currently have a 3-step process: go to the Constituent Grid, filter for the name, select Direct Email.
