Only Hit Submit Once Note on Event Registration

Can we please add a note right above or right below (or even part of) the Submit button on the event registration page?
We have people who hit submit twice because sometimes it takes a while to process the submission and they worry it didn't submit. It would be nice to be able to add a note of some sort that say May take a moment to process, please hit submit only one time. Or something to that effect
