Remove Pledges from Gift View

Since there is already a "Pledges" tab in the constituent file, viewing pledges in the "Gift" tab is redundant and cumbersome. When reviewing several gifts in a constituent file, I shouldn't have to toggle OFF or set a filter to exclude the pledges before viewing each and every gift in that constituent record.

That should read "...to exclude the outstanding pledges..."
